The Gate
Administrator’s Up-Date
An Excellent
Beginning
Thank you parents, students,
teachers and staff for making the first two weeks a great beginning to the
2005-06 school year. All ready we have
accomplished many things:
· Enrollment is at 170 students
(and still growing!).
· The Boys’ HS Soccer Team
BACAL season is now underway.
· The Golden Campus drive
through pick-up is working well.
· The Desktop Publishing
class has begun working on the yearbook.
· The instrumental music
students are beginning regular rehearsals.
· Each class is very busy
with their daily lessons and homework.
K-2
parents should also be encouraged that THE MOVE to Lighthouse Baptist Church
(LBC) campus is proceeding steadily. THE
MOVE has a list of items to be accomplished. Already we have painted the
modular to match the LBC exterior. Last Saturday, the site clean-up and
preparation began. This will continue this Saturday, September 10, as
well. Please contact Susan Hewlett for
details (634-8423). Please refer to the
checklist on the backside to see our progress and remaining steps to
accomplish. Please continue to pray for the completion of the final steps to
completing THE MOVE!
