PTF mission statement
The Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF) was organized to promote the building of positive parent, faculty and staff relationships that support our school and ultimately glorify God.
To promote unity in our school family through coordination of parent programs, communication, fellowship, and encouragment of one another, our administration and teachers.
To continually improve and enhance the quality of our school.
To have a positive public relations agency to our community.
To develop between educators and parents such united efforts as will secure for our children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental, social and spiritual growth.

SCRIP PROGRAM
FREE MONEY For Gateway Christian School
We need your help! Please read the below information.
Safeway and Raley's will contribute a percentage of your eligible purchases to Gateway Christian School. There is no cost to you.
This is a very easy way to earn money for our school. In previous years our school earned over $3,000 from these programs. Face it, we all shop and we all eat, if we all register our cards we can make a minimum of $10,000. This is free money!! ! ! ! !!! ! !!!! We really need your help in order to take advantage of this great opportunity. All you have to do is complete the form and return it to the school or follow the directions in registering your cards on line or at with the cashier at checkout. It's important to register all of them and present them every time you check out. Even if you don't normally shop at these stores we all patronize each one occasionally and using your cards is still important.
Raley's Quality of Life Card: (link) Earn 1-4% of your eligible monthly purchases when presenting your card at check out. A check will be issued quarterly to GCS for these contributions.
This card is different than Safeway as there is no discount given at the register. They will not ask for your card at check out time. You will need to remember to give it to the cashier.
1. If you do not have a card yet, please let us know and we will be glad to issue one to you. You can do this by checking the appropriate box on the attached form and we'll send a card home with your child for each adult listed. We will also register the card for you.
Safeway
Safeway Club Cards link to eScrip:
Earn 1-4% of your eligible monthly purchases when presenting your Preferred Savings Cards. Contributions are received monthly from eScrip.
You can link up your Safeway club card to eScrip. You will need to do this annually to ensure that your card is not removed from the program.
1. If you have already linked you card to eScrip please log onto escrip.com using your user name and password assigned to you by eScrip. You will be asked to renew your commitment by checking the box and clicking on the "Update your Account" button.
2. If you have not registered your Safeway Club Card in the past please log on to www.escrip.com and register your card to Gateway Christian School's ID # 137045518.
3. If you have not registered your Safeway Club Card and would like us to do it for you please check the appropriate box on the form. We would be happy to do this.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE Regarding your Safeway Club Cards: There are a number of us whose cards appear to be registered but no contributions have been calculated for this last year. Upon further investigation it was determined that many of us are using our phone numbers instead of presenting our cards at check out at Safeway. Unfortunately our phone numbers may be linked to our cards but they are not necessarily linked to eScrip. Please take the time to call the toll free number 877-723-3929 and ask the Safeway's customer service representative to help you link your phone number for your card and your spouse's card. Once the card and phone number are linked in their system PLEASE also ask the representative for retroactive credit for previously untracked purchases. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Credit and Debit Cards
ALSO eScrip families that register and use credit and debit cards in addition to their grocery card can earn additional money for the school. Please ask us for information regarding this or just go to www.escrip.com and sign into "my eScrip and register additional cards. Use eScrip to the fullest.
